SUM Yoga & Pilates was created to help modern teachers understand movement with greater depth, responsibility and confidence.
The World Yoga & Pilates Summit extends that mission beyond a single course or institution. It is being developed as an annual international meeting point where distinct disciplines can be respected, questioned and advanced through education, practice and genuine professional dialogue.
